The Hackey PYE Project will not start, instead the original Windows version will just stop support, fading out. The plans are to fully stop supporting HackeyBlock around end 2020. This may happen earlier or later. I am sorry to say this, but the HackeyBlock project seems to be too hard to maintain. After the EOS (end of support) of HackeyBlock, other projects like FNew, Neveroffline and MuZikDL will have more time to be developed further. The HARR project will continue, but will only be updated to fix error reports.
in my previous post: https://stories0810.wordpress.com/2019/05/31/hackey-adblock-doesnt-need-python-to-be-installed-on-your-computer-anymore/ I stated that Hackey’s implementation was not yet fully compatible with 64 bit systems. I now wrote some code that should fix this, it selects one of the SFXs (either python64bit-sfx.7z.exe or python-sfx.7z.exe.) and with that Hackey does not need any installed-software besides itself anymore! This is something I struggled […]
Hackey-AdBlock now ships a implementable version of Python with it, this has some avantages.
